Free Rein Stables Breeding and Sales - PLEASE READ

Hi ya'all! These are my Breeding and Sales Rules. Please go buy it. Please check to make sure you have read it all. Make sure you read, then comment with "read and agree". This way I know you read and agree with it all. I am updating this. As people agree, I will update with their names, so it's easy for me to find. PLEASE, EVEN IF YOU HAVE COMMENTED BEFORE TODAY, PLEASE RE-READ AND AGREE TO THESE.

Breeding
This goes for all of the horses here at Free Rein Stables, no matter the breed

If there is a horse or two or more that you would like to breed with, please ask me first. Please NOTE and provide links to the horses that you want to breed with. Please keep in mind that if there is a certain breed (ex: Hototo) please look at the breed page to make sure the breed is open for breeding. Please check the breed page before you ask for the particular breed. I will not go against the breed designers/breed page. If you can get a special breeding ok by the designer then u need to either copy and paste the messages to me or have that breed designer contact me with the ok. I am not here to upset anyone. Once you have contacted me, please give me at least a couple days to answer you. I am usually on at least once a day if not more. Also, if the horses get points for breeding please let me know too, so they can be updated.

The Rules for breeding:
1. Please have a look to see which horse who'd like to get a foal out of.
2. Please make sure the horse is at least 5 years old. (depending on the horse, I may up the age - if younger than 5 yrs)
3. If it is a certain breed, please make sure the breed is open for breeding (LOOK AT BREED PAGE)
4. Please make sure there are open slots on horses you want to breed
5. NOTE with a link to the horses you want to breed
6. Please make an offer of what you would pay for the breeding. I will accept art, , USD money. (Certain breeds that I own do not allow for money currency or points for breeding slots or sales..and I know who)
7. After I let you know it's accepted, then Please do the payment, and make a breed picture. Though it does not have to be full body, but would be nice to see all of the horses, but not mandatory.
8. Please put links back to the horses ref pic in the comments section of any art payments and breed pictures
9. After the breed picture is up, then you get to get the genes, if its a certain breed like Nordanners, you will send in for the genes. If its for a non created breed, then you get to get the genes yourself. If you need help, please let me know..I know some awesome people who know all of that stuff.
7. Please link back to the sire or dam in the comments of the foals ref pic, and design holder
8. Once the foal is up, please link it me so I can update the sire or dam's reference.

1. Please notify me of the use of a breeding slot. I would like to know when it has been used so that I may update my information and also list the foal on the parents ref sheet.

2. Breeding payment for either Nordanners will always be a minimum of a headshot breeding picture, unless I tell you otherwise. I do not require fullbody, but if you want to do it, then by all means go for it :3 Affiliates don't have to do breeding pics if they don't want to :3

3. I would like the option of having a breeding slot to the foal. I may or may not want one, just depends on if I have a use for it at a later date.

4. If you are going to be selling the foal for any reason, let me know :3 I may want to buy it

5. You may breed two of my horses together if you have the spots but be absolutely sure that is what you want to do and that they are not related in any way shape or form. But out of curtesy that foal should be returned to me if you no longer want it. I would do the same for you.

6. About gifting spots you have to my horses: You MAY NOT gift spots I have given you via free events or as gifts. You don't want the spot, it comes back to me. You MAY however gift spots that you have paid for in full. BUT you must note me and we can discuss it. The person being gifted the spot MUST follow my rules and MUST link me the breeding picture (if there is one), the foal design and the reference.

7. If not registered in the time frame I will reclaim. I don't want abandoned foals. So if something happens and you are completely unable to draw the reference before the due date talk with me about it and I can see if I can reclaim it and sell it to you at a later date for a reference image.

All sales are final! Just to cover my own ass here.. if you buy a slot from me and then do something stupid enough to get blacklisted/banned from the breed, I fail to see why I should refund your money for your screw up. If you buy a slot and a month later decide you no longer want it, I likely won't be able to give you a refund.. I am happy to work with you as I can in such situations should they arise, but be respectful of the fact that I do not have money just laying around and if I make money, I don't sit on it waiting for the day that the person who gave it to me may ask for it back, that's just not how things work in the real world.

Art Payment Sales, I reserve the right to make your slot unusable until art payments have been uploaded and confirmed to be worth what was asked. I am happy to give you more time to complete the art for a sale, however should you go for 3 or more months without updating me by note or otherwise, I reserve the right to remove you from the slot. Should this happen and you have uploaded a partial payment, you are welcome to delete/or store the art at your own discretion.

SALES ON ALL HORSES/CHARACTERS/DESIGNS
These are the rules if you ever want to buy a horse/character or designs from Free Rein Stables (me). Please follow them. As I do try to make sure I follow others rules. I only try to sell horses/characters in journals. If you do see one that you absolutely can't live without, you can always note and ask. I am not a mean person. The most I will and can say would be yes or no depending on the character. I am adding this as I have had some problems recently. Thank you.

1. If you want to buy a horse from me, please NOTE me with offers, unless it is on the sales journal.

2. In your note, please link me to the horse you want to buy, with what your offer is. Whether it be points, or art or a mix of both. Please make sure that the offer you are offering is allowed in that breed that is the horse you are wanting. Some breeds do not allow buying and selling.

3. I will reply to you if I accept the offer. I will more than likely reply if I don't as well. That way you are not just waiting around for an answer.

4. Once the sell is done, please make sure you make a reference for the horse/character/design that you bought.

5. If you buy a horse/character/design from me, please make sure that you credit me for either the design, or previous owner in the reference. That is the only place I require credit. Not every picture requires this credit.

6. If you ever decide that you no longer want the horse. Please let me know. I might want it back. Please remember, I will only pay the same amount that you paid me for the character to begin with. If you didn't pay anything, then I should not have to pay anything back to get the character back. That also go vise verse, as if you gifted me a slot, or foal, you will not have to pay to get it back if I decide to sell. If I paid for it, then I ask the same in return. I will not ask for more, if I got it from you to begin with.
